No pain or major discomfort. The fact that I have long hair means that the dreaded scene of meeting other people when you're bald doesn't exist. I understand that the results are seen in the long term and depend on many factors besides the surgery itself. Individual biology, the care given to the implant, patience, and expectations all play a role. Highly recommended. I should have done it sooner.
