I had selected this clinic after conducting due diligence and interacting with competing clinics in Delhi. The pleasant and self assured manner of Dr Arihant Surana was enough to repose faith in his abilities. The pre-decision interactions with him were handled very patiently and all my questions were answered to my fullest satisfaction. I probed deeply and asked many questions to satisfy myself on the procedure, the competence of the team, as well as post-op care. The support team and the customer facing team are all very pleasant and professional. Each interaction was handled with due sensitivity and care The procedure was carried out in q completely hygienic facility. The post operation review was also done professionally. Periodic reviews on an alternate month basis were also handled professionally and cheerfully. My family and friends tell me that I appear to be ten years younger ( than my 62) after this procedure. I believe so too. I highly recommend Dr Arihant Surana and his team as a good choice to go ahead with a hair transplant.
