I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Ramona Kelemen and Hair 4 Life Medical. I absolutely LOVE my hair transplant and am so incredibly happy that I chose her. Dr. Kelemen completely redesigned my hairline, and it is absolutely beautiful. She has such an artistic eye and created something that looks incredibly natural and fits my face perfectly. She was also so attentive and accessible throughout the entire process. Anytime I had a question or concern, she was there, which made the whole experience so much easier and more comfortable than I ever expected. I am now about five months post-op, so I know I still have plenty of growth ahead of me, but what I can already see coming in looks AMAZING. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had this much beautiful hair in the front of my head, and watching it continue to fill in has been so exciting. Beyond being incredibly talented at what she does, Dr. Kelemen is just sweet as can be. She and her team are wonderful, warm people, and you can genuinely feel how much they care about their patients. I am beyond happy with my decision and would absolutely recommend Dr. Kelemen to anyone considering a hair transplant. I am 6 months post surgery and have several inches of new hair growth and a beautiful hairline that Dr. Keleman flawlessly designed. Hair loss for anyone is extremely devastating but even more so for a women who can’t camouflage a receding hairline or rock a buzz cut. Life being what it is, managed to throw me a curve ball when I woke up one day and couldn’t figure out how I missed my receding hairline (I was devastated because I was born with an amazing head of thick hair and couldn’t understand how I could only lose hair at the hairline. I was at a total loss of how to address so started with Scottsdale Hair Loss that yielded minimal results and even told me a surgeon would not be interested in doing a transplant on my hairline which is actually what I needed due to my type of hair loss. I’m so fortunate to have researched and found the best transplant surgeon in Az…Dr. K! It took me a year to muster up enough courage to schedule the transplant because of my own unrealistic fears and now I wish I did it sooner! Although I waited a year, I knew immediately following the consultation with Dr. K that she was the only surgeon I would trust to do the surgery. Dr. K’s credentials, bedside manner, professionalism, care for her patients and love of medicine is “next level”: 1)she tested my hormones which weren’t within normal range and told me how to address. 2)she completed a hair biopsy to ensure I would be a good candidate due to my hair loss pattern. 3)she continued to answer questions for me while I overcame my fear of making my hair worse. 4)she immediately answered my text a year later and remembered our consult when I was ready to schedule the transplant. Dr. K is amazing!!! The day of surgery went smoothly. The procedure was painless, I remember a little pinch from the shots but nothing after the initial shots. I had minimal swelling and believe this was due to Dr. K’s technique and post-surgery instructions. I’m so excited for my one year mark and am forever grateful to Dr. K, Jessica and Andy! I only had a consultation here but had such an amazing experience. you can tell dr. Dr Kelemen is exceptional in all 3 phases of the hair transplant process. **PHASE 1 – RESEARCH/CONSULTING** In January 2026, I had a consultation with Dr Kelemen and was fully expecting her to say I could get a transplant. However, Dr Kelemen noticed my scalp had redness and splotchiness, and explained that I wasn’t an ideal hair transplant candidate. She prescribed me medication to improve my scalp health and existing hair growth. After a few months of using the medications, my scalp health improved significantly and Dr Kelemen gave the green light for a transplant, to my delight. Early in the research phase, I had visited two other clinics for second opinions and both clinics did not look closely at my scalp health and wanted to sign me up for a transplant. These clinics seemed more focused on making a sale and garnering my business than in what was best for my unique situation. These clinics were very “assembly-line” focused, which I didn’t want. I wanted a more personalized approach from a doctor. Dr Kelemen put my needs first and really focuses on what’s best for her clients. Based on this, I felt extremely comfortable with Dr Kelemen and made the decision to go with her. **PHASE 2 - DAY OF SURGERY** Dr Kelemen and her team did an excellent job of making my surgery as painless as possible. She combines her medical expertise with technical artistry to maximize your overall look and make the transplants look very natural. She has an extreme attention to detail: from determining the best hairline, adding a slight zigzag to the hairline for a natural look, using custom extraction and implant tooling based on my unique hair type, deploying the most efficient and effective disbursement of follicle implants based on the number of grafted follicles and amount of hairs on each follicle, and ensuring the extraction area will still look good and natural post-op. Dr Kelemen is 100% engaged throughout the entire surgery. She does all the graft extractions herself, and then does the implants with her technician Jessica who has over 20+ years of experience. Doctors from some other clinics do not do the extractions, and most will only oversee the implants while technicians do the implants. I wanted a doctor who did the actual extractions and implants, and Dr Kelemen met this expectation. **PHASE 3 – POST OP** For the first couple of weeks post-op, I had questions that came up about how to treat the extraction and graft areas, and Dr Kelemen was highly responsive to all my questions. Again, Dr Kelemen demonstrated the personal attention I wanted in a doctor. I’m 1.5 months post-op and can’t wait to see the results in 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year. I will continue to update this review with pics over time. To summarize, Dr Kelemen has a wholistic and long-term viewpoint when it comes to hair. She wants to maximize your overall look by doing great hair transplants and having you keep your existing hair. She has a passion for what she does and truly cares for her patients. This may be the first Google review I have ever written, and Dr. Kelemen certainly deserves the highest rating possible! I am extremely happy with the results and the process. It's been 6 months since my procedure, and I look and feel great. Restoring the hair in my temples was something I wanted to do for years. I finally got down to it, did the research, and took the step. Dr. Kelemen and her staff were wonderful. Her skill, attention to detail, and artistry are unmatched. Her precision tools were less evasive than others being utilized elsewhere, and the overall experience was actually enjoyable, not unnerving nor uncomfortable. And of course, the results amazing. On top of that, her pricing very competitive with other doctors I considered. I am very grateful for my experience, and the opportunity to work with such a great group of experts.
