a year agoI am completely satisfied with my hair transplant and would like to share my positive experience. The consultations with Ms. Mahmood beforehand were very thorough and honest, so I felt well cared for from the very beginning. The surgery itself went smoothly, and the aftercare was excellent. I would also like to particularly commend the follow-up phone call after the surgery. I always felt that I was in the best hands at all times. Everything seemed very professional, and I can wholeheartedly recommend the clinic.

a year agoI was treated by Dr. Trettel, who provided excellent care and a friendly atmosphere overall. The result is okay. Complete removal wasn't possible, but at least the worst of it is gone. That said, I was a bit surprised that the consultation cost extra, but perhaps that was a communication error, as the consultation wasn't necessary.
