For over 10 years, I was terrified of having eyelid surgery. Then, by sheer luck, I came across Dr. Guven. He's an incredibly friendly doctor who took a tremendous amount of time and tried to alleviate my fears from the very beginning. A few days ago, I finally had my surgery – and what can I say? I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Asim Güven and his entire team. I underwent an upper eyelid lift (blepharoplasty) with fat transfer to the eye and mid-face area for volume correction and tissue regeneration. From the very beginning, I felt incredibly well cared for and safe. The procedure itself was surprisingly pleasant. Only my eyelids were numbed, so I was able to experience the procedure while fully conscious. Pleasant music played in the background, and the entire atmosphere was very calm and relaxed. The procedure only took about half an hour. Dr. Güven specializes in eyelid surgery and aesthetic facial procedures, and it's immediately apparent that he has a wealth of experience. I was also particularly impressed by the post-operative care. He regularly checked in on my well-being, I was able to send him photos, and I always felt well looked after. Finally, I also had laser treatment to improve the scars. I am truly delighted with the result. My eyes now look much fresher and more alert – the tired, strained look is gone, without my face looking unnatural. I'm very happy with the result and would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Güven and his team without hesitation. I honestly don't even know where to begin! 🥰 I'm now in my 9th week after my surgery with Dr. Gueven, and sometimes I still sit in front of the mirror and think, "Wow... is that really me?" 🥹❤️ I opted for a brow lift, a deep-plane facelift, lower eyelid lift, and a bullhorn lift. And although I know, of course, that the final result is still a long way off and my face is still healing, I'm already incredibly happy. What Dr. Gueven has done to my face doesn't feel like a "different face" at all. On the contrary: I recognize myself—only fresher, more harmonious, and somehow more like the version of myself that I want to see in the mirror. That's exactly what I wanted. No artificial change, but a natural and beautiful improvement. And what truly leaves me speechless every time are the scars. Especially with the lower eyelid lift and bullhorn lift, I was really apprehensive beforehand because the incisions are right in the middle of the face. I wondered what it would look like afterward and whether the scars would be visible. Today, in the 9th week after the surgery, I look and just think: Where are they?! ❤️ You can hardly tell that there were any cuts or stitches at all. The scars are so fine and inconspicuous that they're practically invisible to me. And I find that truly incredible – especially since these are areas of the face where you could see even the slightest imperfection. I already love my eye area, the distance between my nose and upper lip, my facial contours, and especially my neck. Everything looks soft, harmonious, and natural. I don't look "operated on," but much younger 🥰 – and that's exactly what I wanted. Of course, I'm realistic enough to know that after nine weeks I can't yet speak to the final result. There's still swelling, the tissue is still healing and changing. The final definition and refinement will only become apparent in the coming months. And that's precisely why I'm so excited to see how it develops. But if I'm already this happy after nine weeks, then all I can say is: I'm incredibly glad I chose Dr. Gueven. ❤️ And in addition to his amazing surgical work, I also want to mention the person behind the doctor. I felt comfortable and understood by him from the very beginning. This decision was a big one for me, filled with many thoughts and even fears. That makes it all the more wonderful to look back today and be able to say: I would do it again – and again with him. Dr. Gueven didn't just change my face. I am completely satisfied with my Botox treatment with Dr. Güven – both with the treatment itself and with the result. I had a facial fat transfer performed by Dr. Gueven and I'm absolutely thrilled with the result! I wanted to restore some volume to certain areas (e.g., the eye sockets and the eye area in general), and I was also hoping for a slight improvement in wrinkles and elasticity from the nanofat graft, both of which were achieved. Since fat transfer is irreversible, it was especially important to me to find a doctor who shared my aesthetic vision (naturalness) and had extensive experience in this field. Because Dr. Gueven is a specialist in facelifts and therefore extremely familiar with facial anatomy, I felt I was in excellent hands. The result is exactly what I had hoped for.
