I wanted a full face rejuvenation, was faced with the choice between two surgeons, and made the right decision 100%. I'm almost two weeks post-op and already overwhelmed by the result. There's still some slight swelling, but that will soon disappear. Dr. Gueven is an absolutely wonderful person—so incredibly kind, attentive, and warm. You always feel safe after the surgery because he was and is always available! You don't feel like just a number, but like a good friend ♥️ I can't quite understand the one very negative review here. It's extremely difficult to achieve a top result anyway if someone has had three previous surgeries. If the woman then goes on to say that three surgeons before her were all terrible and immediately starts looking for another doctor—which surgeon would want to treat her? Dr. Gueven is a real asset, both personally and professionally, for anyone unhappy with their face. I had fat grafting done by Dr. Gueven and I'm absolutely thrilled! It's been a few weeks since the procedure and the result is stable and beautiful. I have no discomfort and everything is perfectly even. Before, I had deep under-eye circles and very little fat in my mid-face, as I'm quite underweight. Now everything is nicely filled out without looking too bulky! I don't look puffy at all. The surgery was painless. I was treated under local anesthesia and was able to drive straight back to Zurich afterward. The fat was taken from my inner thighs; there were two small incisions covered with a bandage. My thighs were a little sensitive after the liposuction, like sore muscles, but not painful. I would definitely have the surgery again. The result is beautiful, with minimal downtime. I looked a little swollen for two or three days, but I was perfectly able to go out. Overall, my face looks much fresher and younger. I've definitely saved myself a few years until I need a facelift, and it was minimally invasive and painless. Dr. Gueven took excellent care of me before and after the procedure and explained everything to me thoroughly and clearly. I'm really very happy ☺️

I found Dr. Güven to be a very pleasant, friendly, and empathetic doctor. During the consultation, I felt taken seriously and comfortable. I had a midface endolift treatment performed by him. Before the procedure, I was told that the result would meet my expectations and that I wouldn't need any further treatment for the next few years. During the healing phase, the result did indeed look very promising. However, after the healing was complete, almost everything was back to how it had been before. Even more distressing for me is that since the treatment, I've had swelling under my left eye—between my lower eyelid and cheekbone—which persists to this day (possibly due to a blocked gland caused by the procedure 🤷‍♀️). Sometimes it's more pronounced, sometimes less so, but it has never completely disappeared. This change still bothers me a lot. I hardly ever take photos anymore because the swelling is particularly noticeable in them and makes me look 10 years older. Every time I look in the mirror, I'm reminded of this treatment, and it has left deep scars on my soul. I would like to emphasize that my criticism does not pertain to Dr. Güven's interpersonal skills – I found them to be extremely positive. However, I am very dissatisfied with the treatment outcome and the ongoing consequences, and I am suffering greatly as a result.

Dr. Gueven performed the following procedures on me: Deep Plane Facelift, Neck Lift, Fat Transfer from the thighs to fill in deeper wrinkles on my chin, and laser treatment. I received a recommendation for Dr. Gueven from a family member who had already had excellent experiences with him. During the consultation, I explained my wishes, and Dr. Gueven explained in a very clear and professional manner what could be done for me and what he suggested. I was given a phone number, so I could ask any remaining questions via WhatsApp or FaceTime, which were answered with great kindness, courtesy, and patience. In a subsequent personal consultation, we discussed the procedure and the aftercare. The five-hour surgery went smoothly. Aftercare was also an important aspect for Dr. Gueven, and I always felt reassured by his caring and empathetic approach. After two and a half weeks, I was able to resume my normal social activities. In March, after the swelling and numbness in my cheeks and temples had subsided, I underwent laser treatment to optimize my facial features. Thanks to Dr. Gueven's sensitivity and professionalism, this procedure also went smoothly, as did the healing of the treated skin, which took about 10 days. My final verdict: My face and neck look fresher and firmer, and I feel years younger. My family and friends agree, adding, "You can't even tell I've had anything done." Perfect for me. I received a natural-looking rejuvenation through surgery, with a result that respects my natural expression (according to Dr. Gueven). I found Dr. Gueven to be a highly qualified, empathetic, kind, and courteous doctor. I wholeheartedly recommend him.
