    Dr Di Bernardo and his staff were amazing! From my first consultation to the day of the procedure everyone was diligent and professional! Dr Di Bernardo has great bedside manners, he’s good at what he does and takes the time to evaluate what the patient needs and wants to make sure it’s a realistic goal. I highly recommend him and the staff at NJ Plastic surgery!

    Love my experience with NJ Plastic Surgery. The staff is welcoming, professional and caring. Jessica listened to every concern I had and was able to address them with the BBL treatment.     Beware Of this office, Dr. Travato‘s work is outshined by the gross incompetence and negligence of the management team. Due to Shirlee’s failure to properly inform the patient my first surgery was canceled, the hospital never picked me up, at 4 AM in February! The financial losses that I sustained after having my surgery canceled, didn’t even warrant an apology from the office. Reluctantly I rescheduled even though the manager Shirlee showed zero sympathy, empathy or remorse. She also told me not to bring my insurance card to the hospital because I wouldn’t need it as a cash patient. After paying over $10k cash I started receiving hospital bills I sent them to Shirlee. She sent them to another manager Paola and back-and-forth we went. I provided my insurance card since I do have coverage and if they had used it, I would never have received the bill. I sent her a half a dozen emails, requesting a follow up. No response, I’m then encouraged to escalate to Scott another useless and dismissive manager who reassured me that they would pay the bill themselves. I respectfully asked for a phone call and he couldn’t be bothered to pick up the phone either. Last week, a collections notice showed up from the hospital! They can’t be bothered to help their patient in any capacity after you pay for your surgery you don’t exist. They don’t care about jeopardizing your credit, your job or your health! I am now five months post-op. There are plastic sutures coming out of my legs, I have no follow up appointments, no after pictures were taken and I only saw the surgeon one time post-op. If you’re new to plastic surgery and have had an extreme weight loss experience like me please understand how important it is to find an office that actually cares about you as a human being and shows integrity. You will receive a more compassionate experience working with AI as the “managers” in this office combined have the emotional intelligence of cement. The overnight crew at Walmart is more helpful than the three of these people combined. You will hear the phrase, Cut and Run surgeons in the plastic surgery world, I never knew what that meant until now. Please don’t learn the hard way like I did, you can’t afford to not work with an office that has compassion consideration, and most importantly, the ability to care for you as a patient. A proper consent process and aftercare process is mandatory and they aren’t even capable of providing that, please beware, your health and financial livelihood is only import to you when working with this office as gross negligence is their baseline.

    Dr DiBernardo is an extremely dedicated, passionate and excellent surgeon. Ten years ago I trusted Dr DiBernardo with my eyes and just recently, within the last month, I trusted him again. The results are perfect. Not only is Dr "D" very talented, his staff is amazing, professional and caring. I highly recommend New Jersey Plastic Surgery.

    Always have a great experience here. The staff is very conscientious and friendly, hardly ever any wait time and always a parking spot available. Really like the new layout and look of the office. Very happy with my latest forehead injections with Kim.
