4 years agoResults not good... bad job on the transplant. I flew to Istanbul 18 months after the procedure and they was able to execute a great procedure and confirmed that the procedure done at masterklinniken was amateur at best... on the upside great people, clinic interior and atmosphere but sadly the results did not live up to any expectations. :((

3 years agoI was visiting with a friend to translate since he wanted to have a transplant. All very professional and took time to explain. At the end, gave advise not to do anything. I think this is real professionalism to say no to a patient. I read in a review that they reject 25% of the clients. This shows high knowledge and responsibility. Those patients will go to somebody else, where they get want they want, but will not be satisfying in the long run.

a year agoI recently had a consultation at the Master's Clinic when I wondered if it was possible to have a treatment due to slightly thinning hair. Was greeted in a very good way by Sten Thure Eriksen who did the survey. He was honest and said that in my case, a treatment would not be recommended. He spent a lot of time on the investigation, and advised me on other solutions. I have only had good experiences with my consultation at the Master's Clinic, and with the wonderful service and honesty Sten Thure Eriksen showed. I heartily recommend the Master Clinic.

2 years agoI have experienced all contact, treatment and follow-up with them as very good! Originally, I got in touch to get some information about what this m hair transplant really is. I started to get a little high wicks and first of all I just wanted to investigate if there was an alternative to shaving it all off, as I imagined I would do when the wicks got high enough... I experienced being met with good information about what this was and could possibly also be for me. I did not in any way experience being pushed to "buy a product", as you can often be both here and there for a lot. This phone call was followed by a quick appointment to find out if it was possible to perform this on me. The information I received and the impression of both how I had been greeted and what I found out about the Master's Clinic made me go from "I have to investigate what this is" to hurrying around and booking an appointment right away. Also felt I got a good deal in terms of what it all came to in the end. Now I have just taken the 2nd treatment and am thus probably done with the top for now. Thumbs up 👍
