11 months agoDr. Salas and her team are very nice and the facilities are amazing, the parking lot is very large and the Dr's attention is very comprehensive. She listens to all your needs and takes care of everything you ask her. Definitely recommend trying Dr. Salas for her wide variety of treatments. 10/10!

3 years agoAbsolutely awful service. Doctor Salas was kind in person, yet did not deliver ANY of the promises she made. She took a biopsy and told me it would be done UNDER a week's time. The Biopsy did not come until 3 weeks later, and was not even notified by the clinic! I persistently called and was told that they had no clue where it was. After multiple emails, Facebook messages, phone calls, and text we were finally able to get the biopsy report. The front desk is horrible, Claudia and Luisa have failed to contact me multiple times. They NEVER and I mean NEVER kept their words for anything. I do not trust this clinic. I was excited to work under Doctor Salas due to her admiration for Hair loss. It's a shame the service she provided for me and my family. In addition, Doctor Salas charged us over $350 for a consultation, when consultations are normally free. We were told multiple times we would get a call the next/following day but they never delivered.

3 years agoI was referred to Dr Salas by Monica Garibay Silver, Medical Tourism Liason, who has helped me numerous times to find the right doctor, hospital or related services for my needs. Dr Salas and her staff are kind and professional. After my skin consultation for several issues Dr Salas provided me a written plan to address each with therapies and medications. This is a first for me as most doctors tell you how they’ll treat your issues but there is rarely such a detailed plan. My first therapy was with nurse Claudia who was detail oriented in her explanation of the treatment as well as follow up. I must say I’m very pleased and highly recommend Dr Salas and her staff.

9 years agoI had such a great experience at Baja MediSpa! I got an amazing facial from Miriam and a perfect spray tan for a wedding I was attending a few days later. Their office is beautiful and the patient specialists were so friendly and welcoming!
