He holds full membership with the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery (ABHRS), both esteemed global certifying bodies in hair restoration surgery. Founding Terra Medical Clinic, he established Singapore’s premier hair restoration-focused clinic, where he exclusively practices hair restoration medicine and surgery.

Dr. Chong specializes in Follicular Unit Excision and Extraction (FUE) surgery, regenerative medicine for hair loss, cosmetic hairline lowering in Asian females, and comprehensive management of hair loss conditions, encompassing lifestyle and nutritional interventions. His expertise has led to invitations to workshops and lectures across regions and internationally, particularly regarding the utilization of Regenera Activa Micrograft Transfer technology for hair loss treatment. Furthermore, he has actively participated in clinical trials exploring innovative hair loss remedies.
