Dr. Francisco Le Voci studied medicine at Faculdade de Medicina do ABC from 1984 to 1989, specializing in dermatological surgery soon after. He earned his master’s degree from the University of São Paulo (USP), where he conducted Brazil’s first postgraduate study on hair transplantation, titled “Comparative Evaluation of Donor and Recipient Areas in Hair Transplantation.” This pioneering research laid the groundwork for modern hair transplantation techniques in Brazil, demonstrating his early commitment to advancing the field of dermatological surgery.
In 2004, Dr. Le Voci completed a specialization in hair transplant surgery under Dr. Alex Ginzburg at Class Clinic Medical Center, Tel Hashomer Hospital, Israel. His expertise has been further enriched by regular participation in national and international hair restoration events and conferences, keeping him at the forefront of the latest developments in the field. Currently, he serves as a Professor of Dermatology at Faculdade de Dermatologia do ABC, where he focuses on dermatological surgery and the clinical and surgical treatment of alopecia. Dr. Le Voci’s dual roles as a practitioner and educator allow him to continuously refine his techniques while also mentoring the next generation of dermatologists.
