Dr. Edwin A. Suddleson, M.D., is an internationally recognized leader in the field of hair restoration, having performed over 8,000 hair restoration procedures in Beverly Hills. His expertise and commitment to advancing the field are evident through his active participation as faculty in numerous hair restoration training programs and his contributions as a lecturer and surgical demonstrator at national and international medical meetings. Dr. Suddleson has authored several publications in the Hair Transplant Forum International, further solidifying his influence and knowledge in the industry. As a distinguished member and fellow of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS), he has also been honored as a diplomat of the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery.

Dr. Suddleson’s esteemed career began at the University of Southern California’s Keck School of Medicine, where he served as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Surgery before joining Bosley in 1999. He has also practiced general surgery at Huntington Hospital in Pasadena, California. Dr. Suddleson’s educational background is equally impressive, having earned both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Stanford University, followed by an M.D. from the Keck School of Medicine at USC. He completed his surgical training at Huntington Hospital, where he was chief surgical resident, and earned board certification from the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Suddleson is a member of the American Medical Association and the ISHRS, and he holds licenses to practice in thirteen states where Bosley surgical offices are located, showcasing his extensive reach and dedication to patient care across the country.
