Dr. Williams is an accomplished author, researcher, internationally renowned hair surgeon, and lecturer specializing in hair loss surgery and hair loss disorders. As a Diplomate of the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery and a Fellow of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery, Dr. Williams is a prominent figure in his field. He primarily practices as a hair restoration surgeon and physician, offering both medical and surgical treatments for hair loss disorders in men and women. With a medical career spanning since 1986 in Orange County, where he is a native and lifelong resident, Dr. Williams has established a distinguished practice. He completed his undergraduate premedical studies at the University of California, Irvine, in 1980 and graduated from medical school at the Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California, in 1984.
Dr. Williams is also a leading investigator in hair loss research, actively participating in an IRB study on regenerative medical treatment procedures using stem cell/stromal therapy for hair loss. In 2018, he commenced a new study addressing scarring and autoimmune alopecia (Alopecia Areata). Dr. Williams believes that the foundations of health and hair restoration are rooted in prevention and wellness.
