Black American Over 40 Hair transplant procedure Wonderful experience at Heva Clinic. From start to finish the team was very friendly, warm and professional. Every step of the procedure was communicated clearly to me and they ensured I understood. At no time did I feel that I wasn't completely taken care of. I was in good hands the entire time. Even the post surgery and aftercare was top notch. In the US, you can have a major surgery and the hospital kick you out and you never hear from them again. Hannah from the clinic was my after care specialist and she was AMAZING. She checked in just about every other day for about 3 weeks after to follow up to check my status. I was not alone even though I was thousands of miles away. We can barely get a USA medical specialist on a text here let alone daily communication post op. The level of communication before, during and post procedure is a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend using the Heva Clinic and I will definitely go back in a year for phase 2 of my procedure.
