They run a very professional process from the moment you start the consultation to being transported to the hotel to procedure day and post procedure. They also have an app that is very convenient. The staff went above and beyond, and the transplant procedure itself was done exceptionally well. All of the staff were extremely nice and welcoming. A special mention goes to Burçin (Jennie) at the front desk. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine positivity make her an absolute standout. She is clearly a tremendous asset to the team. The one area I would suggest improving if I may is communication coordination leading up to the procedure. I received inconsistent instructions regarding food, drink, and water restrictions in preparation for IV sedation, which ultimately affected my procedure day. For something as important as sedation eligibility, having a single dedicated point of contact for pre-procedure guidance would go a long way in preventing confusion, especially for patients who are not healthcare professionals. Additionally, offering short five-minute breaks throughout the procedure to allow patients to stretch and manage any physical discomfort would be a welcomed and thoughtful improvement to the overall experience. That said, Heva Clinic handled the situation with real integrity. They issued a full refund on IV sedation without hesitation, which says a lot about how much they value their patients. The facility itself is spotless, and I would absolutely recommend them. With a few small improvements to streamlined communication and patient comfort, this would be a flawless five-star experience.

The clinic was clean and well-organised and the translators made communication easy. The procedure itself went smoothly, although the day was quite long and recovery has been a bit more challenging than I expected. I felt well looked after and would recommend Heva Clinic to others considering a hair transplant.
