I wanted to share my experience after my 5,800 graft procedure. Everything was perfectly orchestrated and the organization was impeccable. She reassured me, answered all my questions before my departure, and greatly facilitated communication on-site. It's a real comfort to have such a readily available and caring French-speaking contact person. - Engin (hospitality department): Perfect service! The logistics, transfers, and reception were handled smoothly, professionally, and with meticulous attention to detail. You feel taken care of from the moment you arrive at the airport. - The technicians: A huge congratulations to the technical team who performed the transplant. They are simply outstanding! Incredibly precise work, incredibly gentle, reassuring, and highly professional from the beginning to the end of the surgery. - Begüm (post-operative follow-up): Invaluable and highly responsive follow-up after the procedure. She takes the time to check each stage of the healing process, quickly answers any questions about the washing protocol, and provides reassurance about the progress. I was referred to Cosmedica for my hair transplant operation by a close friend and the clinic did not disappoint. From my initial messages on WhatsApp to the initial consultation and eventually arriving at the clinic, the entire team ensured that my experience was seamless. During the operation, I felt very comfortable with the medical team and it was readily apparent that I was in good hands. The clinic is extremely clean and the process is very organized from the moment patients arrive in Istanbul. The aftercare department post-operation was equally as helpful. The team answers all questions in an extremely timely manner and is accommodating to any and all needs and requests. I was also pleased to use the clinic’s line of products to ensure proper care of the transplanted and donor hair areas. I highly recommend anyone considering a hair transplant to choose Cosmedica. Very competent team. Dr. Acar was informative and has a lot of experience. Hasan, our assistant, is an absolute go-getter at the age of 19. Breakfast leaves something to be desired, but I think the blandness was necessary. I felt very safe in every step of the way. Thanks to Cosmedica and Dr. Acar.
