If you’re thinking about going to get a hair transplant in Istanbul, I recommend going to Cosmedica. I was really nervous going by myself, but I had a great experience! I was given clear and concise directions on where to go when I landed at the airport and was picked up in a really nice van. They took me to the clinic and had an English speaking translator at the front desk. I stayed in one of their rooms at their clinic and was fed breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff, including Hazal, were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I did the DHI method and Dr Acar spoke with me about my options and what he recommended was best for me. The anesthesia needles were painful, but after that your head is numb and you don’t feel anything. It was very unique experience, and I’m glad I chose Cosmedica. Thank you to Hazal and The rest of the staff that took care of me!

Aradığımda telefonu açmayıp sonra WhatsApp‘tan danışan olduğunu söyleyen biri tekrardan yazarak biz telefonda konuşmuyoruz yazışarak ilerliyoruz sonrasında randevuya göre sesli konuşabiliriz gibi bir yazışma sağladı ve şaşkınlık içerisinde kaldım düşünebiliyor musunuz sağlık kuruluşunu arıyorsunuz ve sağlık kuruluşunun telefonları açmıyor yazışarak ilerliyor ve fotoğraflarınız var orada ama fotoğraflarımın olduğundan da bana yazan kişi habersiz ve o zaman gönderdiğim fotoğraf kime gitti neye göre danışana aktarıldı benim numaram fotoğraflarımı görmeden sadece al bu da bilinmedik bir numara datamızda yok bunu da ara mantığıyla mı hareket ediliyor anlam veremedim o yüzden paylaştığın verilerden oluşabilecek doğabilecek her bir hukuki sorumluluktan şirket sorumludur. Tüm kişisel verilerimi silinmesini istiyorum.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. The meals were delicious, served on time, and the overall environment exceeded my expectations. From the airport pickup to the clinic transfers and the return trip to the airport, everything was seamless, punctual, and professionally managed. Their professionalism, attention to detail, outstanding hospitality, and patient-centered approach make them one of the best clinics you could choose.
