Dr. Achiamah Osei-Tutu, MD, FAAD, is a distinguished board-certified dermatologist specializing in hair restoration, as well as aesthetic, medical, and surgical skin care. She graduated with a degree in Biology from Binghamton University and earned her medical degree from Stony Brook University School of Medicine. During her time in medical school, Dr. Osei-Tutu was honored as a Howard Hughes Medical Institute/National Institutes of Health (NIH) Research Scholar. Following this, she completed her medicine internship at Mount Sinai Hospital and her dermatology residency at the SUNY Health Sciences Center- Brooklyn, where she was appointed Chief Resident in her final year.
In addition to her comprehensive experience in all areas of dermatology, Dr. Osei-Tutu has received specialized training in hair loss disorders and hair restoration. She is deeply committed to hair loss education, demonstrated by her speaking engagements at hair shows, organizing educational symposia on hair loss, and collaborating with stylists in New York to offer free hair loss screenings. Dr. Osei-Tutu serves as an Associate Clinical Professor at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital and has contributed to numerous academic publications. She is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology and an associate member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgeons. Sensitive to the needs of multi-ethnic skin, Dr. Osei-Tutu is dedicated to providing personalized care to her patients.

4 years agoThis dermatologist made my condition worse despite over a year of treatment. She is unprofessional and blame the patient for her failed treatments. She recommends products to worsen your condition so you can keep coming back for service. Do not and I repeat do not go to this dermatologist, you will regret it.
