a month agoI had a very disappointing experience. The anesthesia was administered without numbing my forehead first, which was extremely painful. I was supposed to receive monthly plasma treatments, but I had to repeatedly call just to schedule appointments. I also requested work on my hairline, which was not done. Overall, the service felt unprofessional and inattentive.
