  Just for starters, Dr Medina and his staff are all really nice, eager to comfort you, and a bonus for me was that he and his staff speak really good english! More importantly though, his surgical skills are amazing. He performed a surgery on me to remove two lipomas, and he was able to do them with just local anesthetic, so I was able to drive home 30 minutes later. That was incredible! It was also a bonus for me that he was able to do the surgery the same day of the consultation. After the consultation, I asked, nervously, when he thought he could do the surgery. I was very pleasantly surprised when he said he could do it right now! The results I received were fantastic, the surgery was painless, and quick, and he kept me informed of every step that he was doing which really eased my anxiety. He also has a really nice, fun sense of humor. I very highly recommend Dr Alejandro Medina, and I will definitely go back if I should happen to need any type of surgeries like this, or any cosmetic procedures in the future!

  The WORST plastic surgeon in the world. I absolutely DO NOT recommend him. He operated on me 3 years ago and I'm still paying the price for his terrible work.
