It has been a full year since my FUT procedure, and looking back I really only have one regret. I wish I had decided to do it sooner. Before committing, I spent quite a bit of time researching hair restoration and speaking with people who had already gone through the process. Dr. Ziering’s name came up again and again as one of the most respected experts in the field. What impressed me most was not just his reputation, but also the fact that he has helped train and educate many other physicians who perform these procedures. From the first interaction, the entire team made the experience feel comfortable and reassuring. Chelsea worked closely with me to plan out my procedure and she was outstanding throughout the process. She answered every question, walked me through what to expect, and made sure I felt confident and prepared. One thing that really stood out to me is that you are not just working with Dr. Ziering alone. You are supported by a full team of skilled professionals who genuinely care about their patients and the quality of their work. Dr. Calder, Heather, and several others were incredibly helpful and played an important role in making the whole experience smooth from beginning to end. Now that a year has passed, I can honestly say the results have surpassed my expectations. I not only have a fuller head of hair, but I also regained a level of confidence that I did not realize I had been missing. I feel great about the decision and would absolutely do it again. If anything, I only wish I had taken the step earlier.

I travelled from Mexico for my treatment a year ago and im completely satisfied with the results.straight Á´s all across. I had an amazing experience with Ziering Medical as from the first day I went in until the day of the procedure, Chelsea was very helpful and generous with any questions I had. I'm 13 months past my procedure and I'm really happy with the results. The procedure itself was totally low-key and honestly, kind of fun, just sat all day watching Netflix or the cars on Sunset Blvd while a bunch of people worked on my head (it was painless due to the drugs they give you and they numb the area) . The next 10-14 days were a moderate inconvenience (you had to sleep sitting up, use a specific shampoo, there is a bunch of tiny pale scabs on top of your head) But that all ends around roughly 14 days (maybe even a little less) and from then on it's just...waiting. Three months in I could start to see some growth, a hairline coming in, the first hair is pretty fine (like baby hair my wife said) but that changes over time, it gets thicker and more dense. So here I am 13 months later, completely on the other side of this thing and I'd give the results a 9 out of 10 which I'd say is pretty freakin' good. Happy I did it, well worth it, wish I had done it earlier. To sum up, these guys were great. A special shout out to Isabella and Dr. Calder! You're in good hands with these two!

I did my due diligence, and scheduled a consultation with Ziering Medical, the first person I met was Chelsea for my hair restoration consultation. From the very beginning, she was incredibly knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease. She answered every question thoroughly, calmed my racing thoughts, and addressed all of my concerns with confidence and care. Her personality made the entire experience feel lighthearted and comfortable, which is not something I expected going into this. I ended up purchasing the shampoo, conditioner, and starting a prevention plan. Chelsea has checked in with me throughout every step of the process, which has meant a lot. When the time comes for me to move forward with a hair transplant procedure, there’s no question—I’ll be returning to her because of the trust and relationship we’ve built.
