My experience with Dr. Anderson and his team for my Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) hair transplant was straightforward and highly efficient. During the initial consultation, the staff was professional and provided a clear, realistic breakdown of the procedure and the proposed hairline design. On the day of the surgery, the team was well-organized, which made the entire process quick and smooth. They maintained a relaxed environment and kept discomfort to a minimum throughout the day, executing the plan without any unnecessary stress or delays. The post-operative support has been just as practical. The team handed over clear, detailed aftercare instructions and has been consistently accessible to answer follow-up questions during the initial healing phase. Having a responsive point of contact made navigating the recovery process a lot easier. Overall, the combination of an organized surgical team, realistic goal-setting, and solid follow-up care made the entire experience seamless, and I would recommend Dr. Anderson's clinic to anyone looking into an FUE procedure.

I got my FUE done here and it was not a good experience. The staff were friendly but there was a trainee working on one side and an experienced tech on the other, Dr. Anderson not present in the room for most of it. The difference in outcome from one side to the other is noticable to this day with one side having natural hair directionality and the other looking like scant beard hairs going in all directions. Also, there is a large rectangle on the back of my head where they removed the units. I find it strange they removed the units in such a geometric shape that very much stands out. I have to keep the sides and back very long or you see the bald areas that used to be thick and dense and it looks absolutely ridiculous. And if I go with a skin fade, you see hyperpigmented scars and no I do not form keloids or have a propensity to scar or any underlying medical conditions. The machine they were using was having technical issues during my procedure and I don't know if that was a contributing factor in my end result. Also the chronic pain I developed on the back of my head lasted over a year. I could not sleep on by back. When I expressed all of these concerns, Dr. Anderson and staff were dismissive and almost defensive rather than understanding of my dissatisfaction. I did my research and I'm sure other people have had good experiences here but I did not. I followed my post op directions to a T. I am now very limited in what I can do with my hair and if I ever want to just shave my head I will have a big rectangular scar on the back of my head. It was not worth the money, time or pain. I regret coming here.

I especially appreciated the personal follow-up and attention given throughout the process, which made me feel valued and comfortable. The entire team is professional, friendly, and supportive. I’m writing this review just over one month after my procedure at Anderson Center for Hair, and while I am still in the early stages of the overall hair restoration journey, I want to say that my experience has been a great one. They took the time to explain the procedure, discuss realistic expectations, and walk through the timeline in a way that felt honest and educational. I appreciated that there was no pressure, just clear information that allowed me to make an informed decision. On the day of the procedure, everything was well-organized and calm. The medical team was attentive and consistent throughout. The facility itself was clean and professional, which helped put me at ease. The procedure went smoothly, and I felt well cared for the entire time. During post-procedure support, I received clear aftercare instructions and guidance on what to expect in the weeks following, including normal shedding and early healing. At about one month in, my experience aligns closely with what was explained to me in advance, another sign that expectations were set appropriately from the start. What stands out most so far is the integrity and professionalism of the entire team. They emphasize patience, long-term outcomes, and proper care rather than quick promises. While it’s too early to evaluate final results, I am confident in the process and very satisfied with the experience to date. Based on the care, communication, and overall experience, I’ve had, I would absolutely recommend Anderson Center for Hair to anyone considering hair restoration.

Couldn't recommend Dr Wetzel any more highly than I do. First off, the process is so straightforward and easy. I was able to schedule my procedure in a very timely fashion. Once there, the day went off without a hitch. You likely won't even remember most of the day. What you will remember is how kind and accommodating the entire staff is. Anything and everything you need, they provide. They will take the time to answer any and all of your questions. Dr Wetzel even responds to the simplest of questions via text. I don't know of any doctor's office let alone doctor themselves that does that. If you're even on the fence about taking the jump, meet with them. You won't be disappointed and you'll be very happy that you did!
