3 months agoI was referred to this practice by my dermatologist for a KTP laser treatment that was needed. Upon scheduling my appointment, I was told they do not give prices over the phone. That’s understandable as each patient is different. I was then informed that if I decide not to move forward with the treatment, the consultation fee would be $100. I thought it was a little odd to be warned of that considering I was making an appointment for something specific & told them I was referred by my dermatologist who I just had an appointment with. As I thought about it, I became increasingly uncomfortable with the initial conversation and decided to call back to ask questions regarding the price. I told the individual that I understood prices are not given over the phone but was hoping to get an idea. She immediately told me they do not give pricing and when I asked for at least a range, it was all in her tone that she absolutely was not going to give me any additional information. The reasoning was that “they just don’t know”. I understand each patient will need something different but this is 100% about them getting you in the office to get your money. It also didn’t help that I read MANY negative reviews. Seems like a dishonest practice.

4 months agoI saw Amanda Sanders in this office for extreme burning in my private area. I was most displeased. She did not go over my medicine with me. I told her I had a list of the tests that have been given to me by a private doctor and the results. She did not go over them with me. I did not get a thorough exam just a glance at the problem. She was not sure of what it was but prescribed anyway. She called in two prescriptions that had not worked for me the prescription she was going to call in that was new she did not call in. I called the office manager and talked over my concerns. These concerns were not addressed. I do not recommend this practice.

4 months agoIt’s really hard to decide what rating to give. Dr “K” is FIVE ⭐️! The new girl at the reception desk is 0 ⭐️! The customer service & friendliness & positivity that used to be at the desk is gone with this girl. She’s sarcastic & rude & nasty. She has no empathy whatsoever for patients. She doesn’t answer the phone or return calls. I’m so disappointed that this is the face of the desk. It may be time to find a new place to go. Problem is that Dr. K is top notch.

6 months agoPatti and the entire team are awesome! I’ve been coming for laser hair removal for ingrown hairs and always receive top notch service. I don’t have to wait long either, as I’m always taken to the back as soon as I arrive for my appointment. I highly recommend.
