I had my transplant almost 2 weeks ago. The staffs are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It was such a great experience.

I wish to thank surgeon MD Engin Öcal, Siban, Nisa and the other Doku staff for the professional care provided me. From the very beginning, Siban was very responsive in providing me with the information I needed. The coordination was seamless. I feel the clinic is one of the most advanced surgical centers I have witnessed. I highly recommend that anyone considering any type of elective surgery consider their professional services.

I want to warn people about Doku clinic and dr Serhan Derin. I have unfortunately got rhinoplasty by dr Serhan Derin at Doku clinic. Firstly when I got in contact with Doku Clinic I explained clearly my expectations, and later the consultant sent me a simulated photo of my nose showing how it is supposed look after. The simulated photo looked natural, with the adjustments I wanted for my nose, so I felt confident and agreed to go ahead with the surgery. The result after the surgery was quite different. When I asked why it didn’t match the simulated photo, Dr. Serhan Derin said my nose “looks better this way.” And claimed it will look better after a year passes. I never asked him to decide what’s better. Another issue I encountered at the clinic is that I got forced to remove absolutely all my clothes and only wear hospital gown. When I asked why that is necessary the translator just said it’s hospital’s protocol. He didn’t give a logical explanation, so I saw that as inappropriate. I reached out to the post-op consultant to discuss revision because I did not get the promised result and also got a breathing issue. He just said Dr. Serhan Derin thinks my nose “looks amazing” and that isn’t forced to do anything for me and suggested I see a psychologist instead. They tried to cover up his failure by implying I have mental issues. That kind of unprofessionalism disgusted me. After that, the post-op consultant stopped responding to my messages. When I mentioned I would post a negative review about my experience, the post-op consultant from Doku clinic said they would reply to the review claiming I’m not in their system. So I took a photo of a documentation I had from hospital it’s prescription and will post it so that plan they have will fail. It’s now been longer than a year since I got the surgery and the final result still looks far below average. Both Dr. Serhan Derin and Doku Clinic fails in handling complications. Lastly I would like to say a message to dr Serhan Derin and Doku clinic. I understand that you are too hungry for financial gain and are willing to obtain it by any means, but obtaining it through misleading people is an illegal way. And even refusing to acknowledge clear issues and not give the post-op care that was promised before the surgery is very concerning. I invite you to be honest and kind people. I will file complaints with HealthTürkiye, USHAS, and CIMER. So after Doku clinic can get investigated. These cowards tried to get my review removed through reporting it despite they know I just wrote the truth. I got notification saying can’t publish it. That proved this is how they have got rid of most of their negative reviews. So I will have to republish it.

I just really loved the warm and quick service I got at doku Clinic during my Rhinoplasty surgery. My coordinator Siban was helping me all the way and was following up for every concern I might have. Can totally recommend them.
