in the last weekMy experience at Doku Clinic in Istanbul was disappointing because I often felt treated more like a customer than a patient. There seemed to be far more focus on sales, marketing, and upselling than on medical care and professional follow-up. I expected more interaction with qualified medical staff, but much of the communication went through coordinators and sales-oriented personnel instead. That is quite sad, especially when people come to a clinic seeking trust, reassurance, and proper medical attention.
