I would give this clinic below one , it’s a cheap trash Clinic , other reviews saying it’s excellent , are all robots. This is a hair mill clinic, , as you can see from the photos , there are No density, Each grafts is far apart from one and other. It looks so bad that I have to go back bold , please please don’t spend your hard earned, money at this dump, they scam you by telling you a price When you are abroad and then , When you come to the clinic, they change the price, they claim they will give you a translator, but that guy is just a sales representative, he can barely speak good English , after 9months I can confidently say this clinic is Absolute trash, they scam you and Provide really poor service, I had to cut my hair again because I looked older then my age, I wrote this review after 9 months , the quality of the work is really bad, after 6hours they gave me a cheap Starbucks sandwich. Even the transportation. -the the seats in the vehicle was all ripped up, . Nothing about this clinic is quality,

I wish I had done this much sooner. I finally had a hair transplant at Sapphire Clinic in Oct. 2023. I wanted to wait to leave a review until my hair had a chance to grow in. It has exceeded my expectations. I'm just a couple days away from the 8 month mark and the transformation is phenomenal. I was pleased with my experience at the clinic. The Dr. was thorough in his explanations and instructions. The Dr. was with me every step of the way. I read reviews of clinics in which patients barely even saw the Dr. and their procedures were done by the technicians. Not the case at Sapphire I'm happy to say. The coordinator was communicative; the transport team member was such a sweet guy; and the clinic was clean and pleasant. I know these operations don't always turn out well so I feel very fortunate to be so happy with my results.

I had a great experience using this clinic where I had my first hair transplant done. The driver picked me up from the airport and drove me to my hotel, which was close to the hospital. Next day I was picked up by the driver, who drove me to the hospital. There I was greeted by very nice people who explained everything to me in details. I was a bit surprised that they had so many young people working there, but they seem well educated and skilled. I was treated with the DHI technique and even though they say it can take up to a year for the final results, I believe I had my results after 10 months. The first 2 weeks after the surgery was not comfortable for me I have to be honest, but after that the healing started going well. I’m going to the same clinic again next month to tighten the last small areas, but this time I have chosen the sapphire FUE technique, and I expect I will get the same good, quality service and treatment. I had wanted to do something about my balding for years, and when my family decided to all meet in Istanbul, I knew it was finally time. I did a lot of research before I reached out to Sapphire, and 3 other clinics. Sapphire won me over with their amazing customer service, headed up by Emy, who took me through all of the planning, the day of the procedure and the day after, and who has stayed in touch since. They beat every clinic not just in their professionalism and caring, but also on value. The entire experience has been beyond what I could ever have expected. You only live once! Waiting until Month 14 post of to review, perhaps I would give 2 stars but the clear amount of 5 star fake reviews deduct another star. The process to start isn't too bad, you go to turkey knowing you might not get the customer service you would get in the UK but it is all very rushed and clearly a sales role for those involved. Since they dropped me at the airport I never heard from them again which isn't great if you need reassurance things are progressing nicely. Well after 14 months, I can comment that my initial concerns were correct. The transplant area has thinned out about 80-90% even though I paid for their extra care ointments that I used for a year. It is marginally better than before I had the op. Whilst there clearly are decent Turkey places, this is not one of them. Op Nov 2022 Review Feb 2024
