Professor Fernando Mattioli, an esteemed international speaker and doctor with five medical residencies, is the eldest of four brothers. Growing up in a family where his mother, a dedicated teacher, instilled a deep appreciation for education, Mattioli became the first doctor in his family. In 1991, he began his medical journey at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF), and after graduation, he distinguished himself by completing five medical residencies with a focus on Facial Plastic Surgery and Dermatology. His dedication to excellence earned him three specialist titles, particularly in facial procedures, solidifying his reputation as a leading expert in his field.
Mattioli’s contributions extend beyond clinical practice. He is the founder of Plasticflix Academy, an organization that promotes debates, courses, and international conferences, teaching plastic surgeons from Brazil and around the world the innovative Deep Plane Facelift 4K technique. This technique, which he invented, integrates four advanced technologies—video surgery, laser, nanofat/microfat, and croton light peeling—into the existing Deep Plane facelift procedure. Currently based in Balneário Camboriú and Florianópolis, Professor Mattioli is dedicated to teaching and advancing plastic surgery both in Brazil and internationally, continuing to shape the future of aesthetic medicine.
