The person in charge, or the dermatologist (they never told me who it was), never asked my name, my skin type, whether my skin was sensitive, or if I had any allergies (thankfully, I didn't). But when they did the treatment, it was always done roughly, and it hurt so much I wanted to cry. Afterward, they put a "relaxing" mask on me along with a blue light. The esthetician left the room, and my skin started burning, itching, and going numb. I had no one to ask for help, and I couldn't move. My skin was left very irritated and with a scab from a blackhead they extracted, which was so painful it left a wound. Terrible service.

a month agoMy mom was so excited about her new look, they tried a new technology to help her hair grow back, and after two years of treatment, absolutely nothing worked! They spent a fortune, she went to all her appointments… and? Zero progress! Terrible service! And another thing… they advertise offers that they DON'T honor!
