Dr. Jack Fisher

I consulted Dr. DiBernardo for an explant with capsulectomy late in the summer of 2025 after having 450cc implants since 2019. I am Black American, 45 years old, non-smoker, no children, very fit and active (130lbs) for reference. His manner was attentive, his approach was direct and concise, and he took his time answering all of the questions I brought with me during my initial consultation. The office staff were also kind, professional, and were on top everything as well. Fast forward to 12/15/25 and I have my surgery. It was performed at the surgery center at Clara Mass and shout out to everyone I encountered there. Every step of the way I was amazingly well taken care of! My first follow up was 12/16/25 and admittedly I was shocked. They say to never look at your chest directly after explant, and those were the saddest little things, but I was so happy to have them out. I marveled at how wonderfully flat my chest was which is what I wanted. Dr. DiBernardo was able to get most all of my capsule out of both breasts and repositioned my pectoralis as well which was important to me as I lift weights and am planning on getting back into Muay Thai. Two people I especially want to give thanks to are, Francis Emmolo, and Rosie at the front desk. These two have been INCREDIBLE along this journey. Francis has kept me scheduled for all of my follow ups, followed my care, and reassured me at every step along the way. Rosie has been on top of scheduling and reminder calls. Love them! Healing has been a journey. I will not mince words. Things were looking kind of scary at first, but I told myself daily: Trust the process. We tend to forget that the body takes time to heal. Tissues have to settle, fat has to redistribute, collagen has to rebuild. Your diet, water intake, sleep, supplementation, and rest (or lack thereof) matter! Do not take any of it for granted and do what DiBernardo and the ladies on his team suggest. Once the drains were removed, I began aggressively massaging (as instructed) the areas each day. The adhesions began to release and everything started to look more and more normal every morning I looked in the mirror. Today is 1/15/26 and so far, I am happy with my result after my consult. I have my little boobs back! I love them! I still have quite a way to go, and I know that I made the right choice in choosing Dr. DiBernardo for my procedure. Are there a few minor adjustments in the future once everything has finally settled? Yes, but it is truly minor and a part of the process. I feel like people (self included) often forget we live in the year 2026 and not the year 2475 where we will be able to switch out or alter our skin suits at will. Things take time. Take a deep breath and give yourself TIME. If you are seeking a surgeon who will take his time, who will be direct and honest with you about what you are asking him to do, and who is going to continue to fine tune things until you're truly happy with the finished product, I would highly recommend him.

So first off, the staff and everyone working there is extremely polite and great.I decided to do my procedure with Dr. B because his work looks pretty good and they were the most affordable compared to other places.I got a thigh lift and a breast lift with fat transfer on 04/10/24. My breast lift with fat transfer came out AMAZING! They look extremely NATURAL! I really do love them! I was so worried about the appearance since I have been looking around and haven't seen good before and after photos from other places. Now why I gave it low stars is because of the thigh lift. My thighs are what was my real concern. I got a crescent medial thigh lift. I didn't have at all any loose skin in that area. All I wanted to do was literally tighten my inner thighs. My legs are honestly just wobbly but now my legs look exactly the same but now I just have ugly scars. I addressed the concerns with my thighs and it seems like Dr.B ignored my concerns. Im assuming maybe he doesn't have experience with thigh lifts but when going for a consultation about that concern he said how he could fix that issue. I told him exactly what I didn't like about my thighs and he said he could do something about it. but the day of the surgery he never even addressed that area I didn't like(never made his marks on the body, as surgeons do before surgery),even when his assistant had addressed it ,too. And she reassured me, he would. when I woke up from surgery and saw that the area wasn't touched, I already knew I was not going to be happy with the results. I saw Dr. B on my 3 months apt. he said to give it time and to work out (which I do work out on a regular. I guess my thighs are the way they are because of genetics). I went to my 6 months and he said he could do some extra procedures to my thighs to better the appearance.I did add some other stuff to get done. All the procedures he recommended and what I wanted done was liposuction (lipo 360 and in my inner thighs) and the price I got was the same price I paid for the first procedures (which was not cheap) and I thought that was wild. Too much for lipo in my eyes. Not even considering I wasn't happy with my results from my thighs or being an existing patient. If you see my before and after photos, you will not see a difference at all. I guess I shouldve asked more questions about him doing thigh procedures, idk, he’s been in the business for over 30 years so I trusted him. I am not going to lie I was hesitant with posting this because I do really think Dr. B is good with certain procedures, just didn't do a good job with one of my procedures( the most important one because I can cover my boobs but my legs with certain outfits are out there). Now I am doing research to find a surgeon who can help me with my thigh issue since I know there has to be something out there for what I want to be done for possibly a better price. Also I have to see if there is anything I can really do about the scars, since now I am more self conscious than ever. Those scars are super visible and ugly. Wearing a bathing suit will be tough for me now. People please really do your research on doctors and really open your mouths about your concerns because these are life changing experiences. UPDATE: I found out I have Lipedema. Its something Ive had since puberty and discovered it now. Surgeons NEED to know/learn more about this condition since most solutions are through surgery. Also with the scars I am doing Scar Camouflage, which is something these surgical places need to have as a service! That service is a LIFE CHANGER! My results with the scar camouflage are looking AMAZING! But the thigh procedure was pointless. A punch to my mental health, self esteem, and wallet. The thigh procedure wasn’t cheap but it was affordable. So I guess I did pay the price for doing the procedure “affordable”. I 1000% regret getting it done. I hate when I think about it from now and then. Again please really do your research on doctors and really open your mouths about your concerns because these are life changing experiences.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review for Dr. Dibernardo I have to brag about Dr. Dibernardo because he is truly one of the top plastic surgeons in New Jersey. The level of care he provides is exceptional from start to finish. My biggest concern going into surgery was pain, and he made sure I was completely comfortable and taken care of. I stayed at Clara Maass Hospital, where I received round-the-clock pain management that made my recovery a smooth and stress-free transition. I had a private room and was treated like a true VIP the entire time. This is exactly how recovery should feel safe, supported, and peaceful. Dr. Dibernardo is worth every penny. His skill, bedside manner, and genuine concern for his patients set him apart from the rest. I’m beyond happy with my results, and I will absolutely be returning to him again. He did an amazing job!
