I had filler put in my face and my cheek got infected Twice. I called the office upset because my cheek was swollen again and when the "Professional Dictor called to HELP ME I wasn't allowed to speak. Not allowed to speak or interrupt the PROFFESIONAL. O course it's not her face and she already has my money. I'm older and I've been getting filler for years and this has NEVER happened before.

As an African-American female, I thought Dr. H and her staff understood my needs and how the results would appear on people with my skin tone and structure.

BEWARE OF BOOKING. The whole office is women, very judgmental women who put their feelings in front of a job. My procedure was cancelled in less than 2 weeks from the date bc ONE female got her feelings hurt when I questioned two policies that was NOT voiced to me during my consultation. I didn’t refuse the policies, just voiced my concerns. I had to complete a physical and bloodwork prior, paid for it out of pocket, and get my nails removed just for them to cancel me. I should have known when I had to fight like hell just to get a consultation. The front desk stated Danielle was out of office BUT is working email only however, I had to call the office 4x to get a response. That should have been my first red flag. Either way, def dodged a bullet with this one. So glad I can give my money to someone else who is way more professional.
