a year agoI left this place very disappointed. Before the appointment I sent my details and referral letter to admin and asked to check if this visit is covered by my insurance. They said “yes”. I came to clinic on time and it was during my working hours. Admin started to check all details with my insurance again. As a result, from my 1h consultation I spent 50 min just for waiting!! Admin suggested me to pay full package check which cost $500 for rest 10 min consultation, but they are not sure if i can claim it from my insurance later. I don’t understand why they haven’t sorted all these things before my visit, even when I asked them. And I’m wondering what the quality of consultation for 10min. Waisted time!! However admins were kind and polite, but not helpful at all

3 years agoParking at Pacific Plaza itself a bit tight and limited slots. Not the most convenient to drop off passenger and then park car. Best to park then go up lobby. Check parking rates first to avoid surprises.
