9 months agoDr Williams is an amazing doctor. He is compassionate, knowledgeable, caring and kind. I have been dismissed by dermatologists for the past year while losing hair every day and have been very distressed. So finding a doctor who actually takes your concerns seriously was very comforting. I saw a few other specialists including doc in UCLA (waited 8 month! for a 5 min appointment that cost me 600$) and they all refused doing tests or biopsy saying it's not necessary blaming my hair loss on stress. I am so grateful that Dr Williams listened to me. He spent 1 full hour! on my initial visit, he looked at my scalp and hair under the microscope and took some pictures, he asked many questions and we had a long discussion about possible causes and treatment options. Then he did a biopsy and 2 weeks later I got a diagnosis that was different from what was initially suspected. That's why it is so important to do tests when possible and not just blame everything on stress and wait for it to just go away on its own. I completed the treatment he prescribed and feel optimistic and I definitely will go back for my follow ups. And his team is amazing. Everyone was kind, welcoming and accommodating. I genuinely recommend Dr Williams to everyone who experiences hair loss.

4 years agoHere for my 6th month check up and I really wish I can share my pre and post pictures here because it's a night and day experience. The procedure was actually fun and pleasant (from what I can remember because of the medications) staff is courteous and you can tell they care. I had this procedure done in Beverly Hills before and it was more expensive along with not quite the results seen here. Watch recovery though because it is painful and it takes about 2 up 3 weeks before you start looking normal (without the scabs). I asked Dr Williams about that and he said it was because he uses a different cutting device to make sure the transplant sticks. He's very pleasant and knows his stuff. This was hands down an easy 5 stars. If you're thinking about it, do it and do it with him.

7 years agoDr Ken, Roy, and the entire staff here are beyond exceptional! They have helped guide me through the most traumatic time of my life with my hair loss. They have consistently had my best interest at heart. I had an extremely difficult case, and they never tried to 'sell' me anything, but instead offered me the most caring support and guidance towards getting my hair back. I have been a patient for over two years and today I sit here with a full head of hair and could have never come this far without their unrelenting support! They are by far the greatest people I have ever met and unlike any other doctors office I have ever stepped into. They take a genuine concern and care for each individual person. Five stars doesn't do enough justice! They are truly a god sent and I am so blessed to have found them!
