2 weeks agoI had my first check up here @MDMRC . The experience here made me never want to go back or recommend this place to my family or closest relatives. The slow service and seemingly unapproachable staff at this hospital made my experience quite disheartening. Also the Doc seems doesn't have any empathy when I also open about my Mental Health condition instead the Doc said "don't make your mental health as an excuse" it also made me feel like no one deserves to be treated like this. And also when I try to sneeze and Doctor said stop because I get may infected, I still have patients to assist today. I feel like I was humiliated and offended. The choice of words is not appropriate to use to your patients and you made me feel embarrassed in front of you. I will never recommend this Hospital never again.

2 weeks agoCleared for discharge by the doctors and surgeon at around 10am, billing not finalised for several hours. Original estimated cost P60k before signing admission document; final charges way over P300,000. The hospital seemed to be pretty empty to me, but as observed by other reviewers, they claimed that no lower priced private rooms were available. This hospital exists only to squeeze every last centavo from its patients. Go to San Pedro instead.

3 months agoThis hospital only cares about money!!! They don't care about the patient. They will tell you that there are no vacant rooms that are lesser. They will give you the suite which costs 4500+ per night. It is not a SUITE at all! It doesn't have a data signal, no Wi-Fi, no tissue, no hand wash! You also need to ask four or six times to give you the water dispenser. No remote for the aircon and no remote for the TV LOL Some nurses are not knowledgeable. Their prices are times 10 than the original price! Especially the medicines! They will also charge you for the Other/Miscellaneous like what the H? No breakdown at all? Everyday your bill will be added 30-40k. Screw you MDMRC!!!

6 months agoThe medical staff is good, the doctors most of them are very accommodating, the nurses are average probably because they are new employees and the worst part is their astronomical charges and slow billing processes that can cripple the patients family financially. I don't recommend this hospital to those who can't afford. Money centered hospital.

5 months agoI just want to share my shocking experience in this hospital. OVERPRICING IS REALLY REAL. I had only availed their anti tetanus injection, but I am shocked with the charges that appeared on my bill. The photo shows and explains a lot with the detailed breakdown of my charges for my ANTI TETANUS injection. I even shared it to my friends who are working in the medical field and all of them were shocked and mad as well. It's already too late for me to check them on Google. If I had only checked first their very BAD REVIEWS and RATINGS, for sure they're automatically excluded from my list of Hospital options in this city on that day. #NeverAgain #ChargeToExperience #OverPricingIsReal
