    I was admitted here recently, and thankfully everything turned out okay. What really made me reflect was when I brought one of our staff here for an emergency not too long ago. The ER was packed, and it seemed like most of the people attending to patients were trainees while the doctors were trying their best to handle so many cases at once. It made me wonder what has happened to our hospitals. I honestly can't blame our nurses and doctors who choose to work abroad. Many of them leave in search of better opportunities, compensation, and working conditions. Despite the challenges, I still appreciate the healthcare workers who continue to serve here. They carry a heavy load every day, often with limited resources and overwhelming numbers of patients. They deserve our respect, support, and gratitude.

    The ER fast lane reception staff was very rude. Even while struggling to breathe, I was still being asked unnecessary questions instead of being assisted immediately. I also noticed that she was treating other patients rudely as well.

    They keep cancelling my appointment even though they know I have work to do. I keep taking leave from work for it, and then they just cancel the appointment.

    Went in to visit edocrinologist. They let a patient cut in line coz the doctor know the patient!!!!
