For me, humanity always comes first – and I truly felt that with Dr. Otberg today. She is a wonderful person who treats her patients with great warmth, time, and understanding. You feel like a member of her family. I don't regret the long wait for the appointment at all; it was more than worth it. I sincerely wish you continued success – you truly deserve it.

I can only comment on the appointment scheduling and information: generally very friendly, but it's virtually impossible to reach anyone by phone. Emails take days and a week to get a response. While information about costs, the program, and consultation details is provided directly, the response is hesitant: the person is apparently on vacation and is already fully booked for the following months, and when an appointment might become available. This information is only revealed after two further emails, which again take days. The suggested appointment times are quite bizarre (several Sunday appointments in three months). It's unclear who is writing, as there's no name attached to the email. As I said, I can't judge the work itself, and it might be good. However, this experience doesn't inspire confidence, especially since the wording is somewhat overly polite (Dear Mr. ..., please excuse us ... you're welcome). Furthermore, the hair transplant is very expensive compared to other providers.

Dr. Otberg is a highly professional and trustworthy specialist with many years of experience, who knows her craft and can deliver excellent results. She and her staff work very well together. She's had excellent results, and I would definitely recommend her again.

I had my first hair transplant last year with Dr. Nina Otberg in Berlin, and I am beyond thrilled with the experience and the results. From the start, I received such personal care. We had several appointments before the surgery where she patiently answered all my questions and calmed my nerves. She even called me dozens of times to check in and make sure I was comfortable and informed. Yes, getting a transplant in Germany is more expensive than in places like Turkey, but it was worth every cent. The level of individual care I received was exceptional. As part of the package, I got plasma treatments every 1-2 months since the surgery, which has made a huge difference in my recovery and results. Dr. Otberg also has an incredible eye for detail. She designed a natural-looking hairline that I'm so happy with—something I haven't seen from the Turkish clinics I researched. Her knowledge and expertise really shine through in her work. I can't thank Dr. Otberg enough for her patience, care, and skill. She turned what could have been a very stressful experience into something positive and even enjoyable. If you're nervous about hair transplants like I was, I highly recommend Dr. Otberg. She really made all the difference for me.
