Dr Ozge Ergun

I had my jaw and chin implant surgery with Dr Ozge Ergun. I'm 3 months post operation and I couldn't be happier with my results as it was a long decision process. I had Ms Eda as my contact and she assisted me through the booking process and arranged everything for me. She is truly the best! I had my consultation with Dr Ozge before my surgery and once everything was set, I was taken to this really nice hospital for my surgery. Post surgery care was great, I spent one night at the hospital and then regular checks in the clinic. The team and nurses were very friendly and caring. And I can say everything goes so much better when you have this good connection with your surgeon. I had a great experience and finally I want to thank everyone, especially Dr Ozge and Ms Eda.

I am a triple board certified physician in the United States. I had the good pleasure of meeting Doctor Ergun After he was highly recommended to me by another physician here in the USA. Overall, I would rate my experience with this Doctor and his team as excellent. His Coordinator ASLI Is incredible, and in my mind went above and beyond to make sure that any, and all of my questions were answered. Pricing was very reasonable for all procedures completed and one thing that I really liked and appreciated is that pricing is very transparent. They are upfront, and they are honest and I did not have any discrepancies when it came time to pay for surgery. Quality of the work was excellent and I would recommend this doctor without reservation. I had a facial procedure and 2 body procedures all completed on the same day. One important thing to note if you are considering going to Istanbul for plastic surgery is The actual facility the surgery is performed at. This is very important as I operate myself. Quite possibly the biggest selling point using Doctor Ergun Is they operate out of a very high-quality major hospital. And postoperatively you stay in this hospital. This is quite an advantage and keeps you optimally safe. Other surgeons may operate out of their office or their “surgery center “ which is always less safe than a full hospital environment. I thought the operating room in the hospital were top-notch quality. Overall Dr Ergun and ASLI receive my highest recommendation. Many thanks to the entire group. ☺️

To begin with, this doctor should not be allowed to be working as a plastic surgeon. I had done some surgery before and this experience was the worst ever. Screaming doctor and not listening to his patient. I did revision rhinoplasty, browlift and midfacelift with no result at all, in fact my nose is even worse now. I still have sutures on my head and around my eyes that is hurting, the suture got infected one year after surgery. He promised that my saggy face will be non saggy and its even worse now! They promised me revision for free so I flew to Turkey again and during my consultation the doctor didn’t even listen to me and how I wanted the result, I payed approximately 9000 euro so much money and couldn’t even say what I wanted and expected from the surgery. He yells and scream at me and don’t even wanna listen to me. I’ve never felt more humiliated in my life. I was promised revision since I didn’t see any results and none of my family or friends did see any result. When you pay so much many you want to see results. He canceled the revision surgery on the same morning I was supposed to have the surgery. His assistant sat there and starring at me as I was an idiot because I cried my eyes off. I was humiliated and they literally stole my money for nothing, they refuse to give back my money or part of my money. The assistant promised me to get back my flight money because I did not get the surgery as planned. When I came back home the stopped answering me and ignoring me when I ask them when to get my flightmoney back. So they lied! His assistants has very bad attitude like ghetto style and after the doctor canceled my revision his assistant asked me with a attitude “why did you do plastic surgery from the beginning” like I was an idiot. They even kicked me out from the hotel after one night. So no revision as promised and kicked out of the hotel, so I payed for a trip for nothing and I already lost around 9000 euros for NOTHING and now I lost money for flight for the second time. No money back and no answer and Im still not giving up this case! They scarred me for life both physically and mentally! This clinic and the doctor should be banned and banned from this site. This is the worst clinic ever, please don’t do your surgery here!!! You can find other much better clinics in Istanbul. Take my advice! (The pictures is 1,5 year after surgery, the scar in the head is still not healed!!!)

I can highly recommend Dr. Ozge Ergun and his team! Asli, my coordinator, is amazing. She still takes care about me and managed the whole process professional and smooth. Dr. Ergun is a professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind doctor. I felt so comfortable. I had a full waist vaser liposuction- after 3 months my results are already amazing and I am so happy. Dr. Ozge is a very good professional doctor. He knows exactly what to do and what to suggest for your case. He also treats his patients very kindly and politely. His nursing staff are also very professional. So far, the results of the operation are very good as 0er my last follow-up check. The coordinator Asli is also a professional person who communicates everything clearly and on time. There are some things I didn't like, and I will mention it for future improvements. When I completed the Lyposection procedure, I was rushed to leave the clinic, I'm not sure if this is a normal thing, I was expecting to have more time or at least they could have suggested to order a taxi for me. When I left the clinic, I had to wait for half an hour down to find a taxi, and I was somehow dizzy, they could at least send someone to occupy me till I leave the building as they have already asked a nurse to come with me when I was seraching for an ATM. Second, they asked for cash money at the beginning, and I was forced to go to the ATMS down , but eventually, they accepted me to pay by card. All our transactions in Turkey are done by card as we can not hold large money in hand by logical sense, so why would that be an exception. As a visitor to a crowded city as Istanbul, you may be late for the appointments due to traffic, lack of taxis, and so many other things. I felt some frustration from the staff when I reached for the follow-up visit as I was late for half an hour. Being late is something out of my control, especially since we don't own any means of transportation, and I even changed the hotel location to be close to the clinic, but the area is very difficult to find a near by taxi. I hope these suggestions will be taken into consideration. When a patient arrives at the clinic, they will not stay the whole day, so rushing them to go and leave very fast is not comfortable at all. Also, why not help them in ordering a taxi or by asking them if they want to drink something? Hospitality is a key factor in each and every place.
