6 months agoI went to Ziering for two hair transplants. Dr. K is incredibly knowledgeable about how to treat African American hair. I have two forms of alopecia & she talked me through realistic expectations of my outcome after the transplants. The technicians are warm & welcoming. During the procure you are given medication to help you relax therefore there may be a few names I will unintentionally forget. I am grateful for CeeCee for her patience when removing the sutures! Cheryl helped me through the injections with her breathing exercises. Najma gave me comfort, encouragement and strength that I needed. Ashley provided the laughs & theres one more female tech with beautiful curls that answered every annoying question that I had throughout the procedure. Big shout out to Mark for making sure I was fed and comfortable. Adding in I am grateful for Jen who handles the coordinating of the transplant. She works directly with you on scheduling & answering the many questions that you may have prior to the procedure. Jen leads with compassion & the knowledge needed through the decision making process. The last thing I’ll say is I personally went through insurance for this procedure which is a very unique situation. The Ziering administration team could use a little more empathy and patience for people like me who needed their help with getting the proper documentation to submit to my insurance company. Overall I highly recommend Ziering as you local hair transplant facility - you will not be disappointed
