a month agoFollowing a recent procedure at Skin Sense Clinic, where the treatment I was given by Dr Mehta was excellent, I was disappointed to receive my diagnosis letter which was addressed to someone else, giving me her name, address and DoB. On querying this with the secretary I was told that the fault lay with the ‘typing team’; a matter which would be addressed.
