Fabulous! A fantastic experience. I had a FUE procedure for long hair and I have nothing but praise for Dr. Roberto's entire team!

Well, all I can say is that they wasted my time. I waited more than 50 minutes, so I decided to leave. I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled time, which is my problem because I don't like anyone wasting their time on my behalf. I only expected the same courtesy. If something is seriously delayed, the best thing to do is to notify the patient, since I work nights and lose sleep trying to be punctual.

Dear Dr. Roberto Trivellini and team, it has been a true honor to have chosen you for my hair treatment. How can I even begin to describe my experience with you in a way that truly reflects your dedication and expertise? Well, I'll try. On July 30th, we met there very early for my procedure and treatment. From the very beginning, three members of the team—Ricardo, John, and Carlos Armando—were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. That was so relaxing and reassuring. (Thank you, guys.) They started preparing me so that when Dr. Trivellini arrived, he could begin to share his innate talent, professionalism, and genuine compassion, which is truly remarkable. I remember that even before meeting him, looking at his work and training in English was enough to make me travel from one city to another, JUST FOR HIM. I was fascinated by his work and elegance, and I remember when he received me in his office, and I saw all those diplomas hanging there, recognizing his work and specializations, and the awards for his achievements, research, and contributions. I thought I was looking at the Al Pacino of hair. Is it possible for someone not to like movies or Al Pacino? Exactly! Then it's impossible that you wouldn't like him and that you couldn't trust Dr. Trivellini. So, Dr. Roberto, if you'll allow me to address you with this familiarity, the same familiarity you've shown me, I wanted to tell you that you have left me completely impressed and restored my confidence. And to those who read this review, I hope it's not just to help them, but also to encourage them to take the plunge, and not only to change their appearance, but also their confidence. Thank you, Doctor, a thousand thanks to you and your entire team mentioned above, and of course to your dear and admired colleague at the clinic, Rebecca, who is involved in every aspect of the clinic, as I was able to see, lending a hand in everything. I feel very good, very happy, and very content. By far, the best investment I've ever made. And another fact that really caught my attention: on the day of the procedure, the president of the World Hair Restoration Academy Foundation, Mr. Conrad, was present. He's another great hair restoration doctor based in the Swiss Alps, learning from none other than this GREAT DOCTOR, ROBERTO TRIVELLINI. That says it all. This gentleman, with his reputation and recognition, was there, flying from Zurich to Malaga, like a student at the side of this great DOCTOR ROBERTO TRIVELLINI. So thank you, thank you, and a thousand thanks for everything, Doctor, for your outstanding work, humanity, empathy, elegance, and professionalism. You also have a great team. I am very happy with the overall result, the excellent treatment I received, a day just for me, without attending to anyone else, good follow-up on my progress, and best of all, they were able to give me answers until I achieved the look I wanted.
