Dr. Sam Lam is a highly accomplished hair restoration surgeon with an impressive educational background and professional career. 3 weeks agoI was referred to Dr. Lam from another provider and have been blown away with his treatment for my facial paralysis due to Ramsay Hunt Syndrome. Prior to seeing Dr.Lam I was experiencing complete facial paralysis of the left side of my face that did not resolve after my other Ramsay symptoms went away. I had tried several other treatments and had seen little to no results. Dr. Lam was able to restore movement to my face after just one treatment and after three treatments I am almost completely back to symmetry. Every part of the experience was exceptional, and Ruby and the rest of Dr Lam’s staff are all exceptional. My only regret is waiting a couple of months to get in and wish I had started it sooner! I am beyond thrilled with the results and will be seeing Dr. Lam for all of my facial treatments going forward.

a month agoNot satisfied with my surgery personally. I had Dr Lam saved in my bookmarks for years as i was very intentional in saving the $5-$6K which took time and I WISH i didn’t waste it here. Im borderline livid but you live and you learn, all the picture reviews showed a noticeable difference in lip size which made me confident that the job would be done to my standard especially for the price but before starting the surgery, after stating i wanted small lips not smaller but significantly small lips, Dr Lam stated based on his experience he knows what to do and the perfect fit to match my face, etc. Being that this wasn’t money easily saved i wish i would have pushed for my preference a bit more and im writing this post to encourage others to leave that decision of exactly what you want in your own hands. I was so sure I was going to have the lips I wanted a year post op but everyone states I wasted my money because my lips look exactly the same, i am not joking. It’s frustrating but just so you all can do a little more research on choosing the right doctor for YOUR best results what YOU wanted.

2 months agoDr. Lam performed a lip reduction on me and he was quick and efficient. The whole process from start to finish was pleasant and all of the staff was excellent, especially Ruby! I will definitely be returning for any future procedures.

3 months agoEven after my surgery, Dr. LAM continues to tweek things to give me the best outcome. He's so kind. The ladies their are absolutely gems. Update: He leaves fat chunks under your chin and said I should have seen that in the pictures that were posted. The scar under my chin has big bands coming from it. He tried to fix it but it actually was worse. Dropping 1 star.
