2 weeks agoEven after my surgery, Dr. LAM continues to tweek things to give me the best outcome. He's so kind. The ladies their are absolutely gems. Update: He leaves fat chunks under your chin and said I should have seen that in the pictures that were posted. The scar under my chin has big bands coming from it. He tried to fix it but it actually was worse. Dropping 1 star. New Update: My Prosthedontist said I have low saliva output. I use to have over active saliva glands. Dr. Lam took out parts of these glands because he said they were too big for a good esthetic outcome on my neck. He assured me there would be no problem having this done. My DDS on the other hand has told me this is not good and can cause dental decay not having enough saliva. She did not know I had had this procedure done prior. Im now questioning having this done.

3 months agoI was referred to Dr. Lam from another provider and have been blown away with his treatment for my facial paralysis due to Ramsay Hunt Syndrome. Prior to seeing Dr.Lam I was experiencing complete facial paralysis of the left side of my face that did not resolve after my other Ramsay symptoms went away. I had tried several other treatments and had seen little to no results. Dr. Lam was able to restore movement to my face after just one treatment and after three treatments I am almost completely back to symmetry. Every part of the experience was exceptional, and Ruby and the rest of Dr Lam’s staff are all exceptional. My only regret is waiting a couple of months to get in and wish I had started it sooner! I am beyond thrilled with the results and will be seeing Dr. Lam for all of my facial treatments going forward.
