2 weeks agoIf I could give them 10 stars I would, from the Initial contact all the way to my surgery they have been so incredibly professional. I knew from my consultation that Dr. Hayes was who I wanted to perform my surgery so much that I didn't even bother booking appointments with other surgeons. He addressed all of my questions and concerns, as well as all of my options to achieve the results I wanted. Leading up to my surgery I was well educated and informed on my procedure this helped the after process go so smoothly. staff is so kind and respectful, they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I cannot say enough good things, don't hesitate to book your consultation, I didn't and I am very happy with my results.

a month agoHighly recommend Portland Plastic Surgery Group. From start to finish they have been exceptional. I had a breast reduction that I had put off for years thinking it would be painful, months off work however I was so relieved to hear you only need 1-3 weeks off work, the pain level was a 1 out of 10 . Dr Zegula came highly recommended and he exceeded my expectations. If you are considering this surgery then run do not walk to PPS Group, first class experience.

2 months agoPortland Plastic Surgery Group + MD Beauty Lab is a phenomenal group of people who care about their clients. I have been seeing Colleen for about 10 years, and there’s no one I’d trust more than her with my care and treatment! She’s so knowledgeable, kind, and does amazing work. Love all the gals in the office, everyone is so friendly!!

a week agoWent in for an appointment. The doctor was fine, but the office staff is not very good. They needed records from my primary care doctor. I filled out a release of information and when I called a few days later to see if they had received my records, they said that they thought I was going to request them. I clarified that they said they were going to do it and then they told me that they needed a release of information to do that. I reminded them that I had filled one out when I was there. They told me that it had been lost and emailed me another to fill out, which I did. Then they himmed and hawed about getting the records and getting a prior auth done with my insurance. I have no idea if that has even been done yet. If the office staff can't keep things in order, I certainly don't want surgery with this facility. I know that the office staff isn't doing the surgery, but their performance has made me lose any confidence with this practice. I will go somewhere else.

3 months agoI came here for my top surgery and I had a great experience! Dr. Baltrusch did beautiful work on my chest, and the staff were all very kind and helpful. I felt informed and respected through the entire process. Everyone was also excellent about using they/them and were very considerate as to what terms I preferred. I had about a 6 month wait time from the inital consultation to my surgery day (end of Oct-early April). All in all, I absolutely recommend coming here for gender affirming care.
