You will like Dr Higgins the moment you meet him, and the staff reflects Dr Higgins demeanor in the way they look after every detail. High quality conversation with all involved passed the time quickly, much laughter kept the mood light. You will also be treated to an amazing lunch, prepared by the in house chef Natty! in the last weekI obtained an ARTAS hair transplant from Dr. Higgins on the crown of my skull in April 2023. He transplanted approximately 1,200 grafts from the back of my head to my crown. The process and recovery were painless and seamless, and, most importantly, the results were life changing. My formerly bald head is covered, and there are no scars or noticeable differences in my donor area. Barbers and hair stylists do not believe me when I tell them that I had a hair transplant. 2 months agoDr. Fallon and Dr. Higgins are absolutely fabulous! I’m a woman in my late 70’s and vain. After consulting with both doctors and reviewing all the options, I elected to have the FUT procedure to correct my receding hairline and thinning hair. They worked as a team and my procedure was May 2025. I am thrilled with the results! It takes a full year to achieve the goal of new growth and thickness but there is a remarkable and visible difference at just four months! Dr. Fallon and Dr. Higgins “listen” to the patient’s concerns. They understand. They are knowledgeable, experienced and kind. My many questions were answered with kindness and compassion. There was never any pressure or sales job. It was totally my call. On the day of my procedure, the doctors and the nurses made sure I was comfortable. It’s an all day procedure and lunch is served the patient’s choice from a menu. The nurses, technicians, and personnel staff are awesome! They like their work and they know what they’re doing! The office atmosphere is pleasant. The pre and post surgery instructions are clear and easy to follow. The first four days of recovery were uncomfortable for me but every day thereafter just got better. Post surgery, the patient is not forgotten but cared for. Follow up appointments are scheduled and the staff remains available for any questions or concerns. If you are considering a hair transplant, don’t wait. Call Dr. Fallon and Dr. Higgins.
