2 months agoAfter having consultations with several different hair transplant clinics, Dr. Andy Higgins at PNW Hair Restoration immediately stood out. He was the first doctor who personally conducted my consultation rather than having a salesperson handle that part of the process. That made a huge difference and gave me confidence that he genuinely cared about understanding my goals and recommending the right treatment for me. Dr. Higgins took the time to answer my questions, explain the procedure in detail, and set realistic expectations. I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. On the day of the procedure, Dr. Higgins and his entire team were outstanding. Everyone had excellent bedside manner, was professional, and made the process very comfortable from start to finish. They checked in on me throughout the day, made sure I was comfortable, and created a relaxed atmosphere that helped ease any nerves I had. The level of care and attention to detail was exceptional, and it's clear that Dr. Higgins and his team take pride in their work and their patients' results. While I'm still early in the recovery process, I couldn't be happier with my experience so far and would highly recommend PNW Hair Restoration to anyone considering a hair transplant procedure.

2 months agoI was leery about the expense, process, and procedure of hair treatment. Dr. Higgins and his team made the process very smooth, were excellent in communication from my first contact with their office. The day of the procedure they were very welcoming, kind and caring. They ensured I was comfortable during the entire procedure and that the work needed to be done was done extremely well. I am two days post procedure, and I am hopeful I will see exceptional results and have a significantly noticeable improvement in my overall growth. I evaluated other treatment centers, both in the US and abroad, and made the decision to work with Dr. Higgins and his staff. The ability to have quality follow up care, locally, was reassuring and once I met the staff, I was thankful for the decision I made. While cost is always a consideration, the old saying “you get what you pay for” is very true. However; customer service and genuine care for your overall experience and outcome are far more valuable to me than the financial expense. Dr. Higgins and his team are the highest quality, tremendous care, and very genuine in their desire to provide you the treatment and connect with you as a patient, as well as a person.
