Dr Higgins and his crew made me feel very comfortable, at ease and confident with their knowledge throughout the day. The day went quite quickly and the lunch provided was fantastic. I would recommended PNW hair restoration to anyone looking to improve their hair line and overall confidence. It's only been a day since the procedure but everything looks great right now. I can already see what the future may hold in terms of the immediate results, so fingers crossed 🤞.

⚠️ BUYER BEWARE: I had unanswered questions about my treatment and pricing, had not agreed to move forward, and had not heard back from anyone from their clinic since questions were asked yet I received a prescription and a payment link for medication from them? This is days after still not receiving any answers to my questions!? Writing a prescription for someone who hasn’t agreed to work with you, and you’re not answering any questions? That was the final red flag for me. I had a very unusual and ultimately disappointing experience with this company, and I decided not to move forward with my hair transplant. From the very beginning, the experience felt different than what I would expect from a business performing procedures that can cost $10,000–$20,000. When I first called, I reached voicemail, but it went to a different number than the one I had called from and there was no recorded business greeting. I eventually received a callback from what appeared to be a personal cell phone. I thought that was unusual, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and continue with the consultation. I then went to their facility for an in-person consultation. This was honestly one of the biggest concerns for me. The office was extremely dated and, in my opinion, visibly unclean and poorly maintained. The furniture was old and worn, the paint and finishes looked like they hadn’t been updated in decades, and the overall appearance reminded me of a doctor’s office that hadn’t been renovated since the 1980s. I understand that an office doesn’t have to be fancy, and I wasn’t expecting a luxury facility. But when you’re considering spending $10,000–$20,000 on an elective procedure involving your appearance, I personally expect the facility to feel clean, professional, and well maintained. This one simply didn’t give me that impression. Still, I decided not to judge the company solely on the appearance of the office and continued with the process. After my consultation, I received an estimate. Interestingly, it came from a personal email address rather than what I would have expected to be a company or office email address. Again, I thought that was unusual, but I was willing to overlook it. I had several legitimate questions about the estimate, particularly regarding the number of grafts and how I would be charged if the final number of grafts performed was significantly lower than the estimated amount. I emailed those questions back fairly quickly because I wanted to understand exactly what I would be paying for before making a decision. I never received a response still to this day….. Then, without my questions ever being answered and without me agreeing to move forward with the procedure, I received a prescription for medication along with a payment link. That caught me completely off guard. I had not requested the prescription, had not agreed to proceed with the transplant, and was still waiting for answers to my questions about the estimate. Receiving a prescription and a request for payment under those circumstances was a major red flag for me. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable moving forward. When I look at the experience as a whole—the condition of the office, the unusual communication process, the personal email address, the lack of response to my questions, and then receiving a prescription and payment request that I had not asked for—I simply didn’t have the level of confidence I would want before trusting a company with a procedure of this cost and importance. I’m sharing my experience because anyone considering a hair transplant should feel comfortable asking questions and getting clear answers before making a significant financial or medical decision. This review reflects my personal experience and observations. Others may have a different experience, but based on mine, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Dr. Higgins and his team are great. I had multiple consultations prior to meeting with Dr. Higgins and they all felt like major “sales” pitches. His initial evaluation and explanation was extremely thorough. I felt very confident in his professional opinion based his explanation and history as a general surgeon and long experience in hair restoration. Leading up to and during the day of the procedure, their service was top notch.
